The Menagerie tells the story of Miles Dreesen, whose life is upended when he creates Gustav, the world’s first Artificial General Intelligence. In the blink of an eye, he must go on the run as the world’s militaries do everything they can to control Gustav, while preventing their enemies from doing the same. As Miles watches the world spiral toward a devastating global conflict, he must grapple with the ethical implications of his creation while trying to avoid becoming a casualty himself.
