This is a debut work of fiction, written by writer and director Julie Sharbutt, informed by the author's experience growing up in downtown New York City in the 90s. With a degree in Literature from Vanderbilt University and an MFA in Acting from NYU, the author has written for and appeared in theater, film, television and live comedy. Her feature film, MOVED, is available on Amazon, her 2019 award-winning feminist horror short film 3 DAYS is available on Flixa and Spamflix, and her humor writing has appeared in The New Yorker Shouts & Murmurs, McSweeneys and more.
