Coauthorship, developmental writing, and ghostwriting are performed for a fixed fee (with incentives) based on content, complexity, and premium for a unique author's voice. Developmental editing is performed in two phases: a Diagnostic and Prescriptive (D&P) phase for $2,600 and a Support Phase for $1,300 which lasts until a ms is published or withdrawn by the author.
