For Walter Franchelly, a retired counselor with a troubled past, his mind is the worst place for him to dwell. Yet, when a health scare expunges the last forty years of his life, it is the first place he must go.
Subjected to lucid dreaming, his treatment brings him to the deepest part of his subconscious. There, he is able to piece together his identity. But, as the questions pile up, he soon loses track of reality and slips into a coma. Trapped inside his dreams, he no longer is able to run from his past. He must finally come to terms with what happened, or risk never waking up.
MEMORIES OF ME is set in the South, is approximately 86,500 words, and targets teens to adults. The manuscript is complete and can be sent upon request.
