Albert Lee joined UTA in 2018 as a publishing agent from independent literary agency Aevitas Creative Management (formerly Kuhn Projects and Zachary Shuster Harmsworth). Previously, he held executive-level titles at Wenner Media (parent company to Us Weekly, Rolling Stone and Men's Journal), where he edited writers of all backgrounds, and collaborated with such artists as Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber as well as institutions such as the United States Olympic Committee, Warner Bros., A&E, and Lionsgate Studios during a two-decade career in entertainment and publishing.

He began his career as a journalist for The Village Voice; and graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in religion. He is a native of Harlan, Kentucky, and currently lives in New York.

Particular interests include diverse and outsider storytellers, bold and strong personalities on the page, and the curation and creation of original multiplatform intellectual property with franchise potential in all categories and formats (fiction and nonfiction, children's and adult).
