I am currently seeking an argent and/or publisher for my first book. I submitted my book proposal for consideration to Hay House in April 2020 through their Writer's Workshop and received an honorable mention for my book out of hundreds of submissions.
The book is Middle Way Wellness: A Guide to Ditch Diet Dogma, Reject Rigid Thinking, and Embrace Your Own Way
I created the philosophy behind the Middle Way Wellness from my lived experiences, my work as a health coach, years of therapy, and self-study into a variety of spiritual traditions. In Middle Way Wellness, I illustrate each concept by sharing my own journey, and provide specific examples of how readers can put each concept into practice in their own lives. Each chapter will include anecdotes from my own life, a “Nugget of Knowing” (my language for each concept or principle), and how the reader can apply this key wisdom on their path. My intent is for Middle Way Wellness to empower readers who are ready to discover their own unique path to wellbeing and find joy in their pursuit.
