For over 20 years, Susannah Greenberg Public Relations has represented publishers, authors and book industry organizations throughout North America. As President, Susannah Greenberg works with clients to secure media placements - features, interviews, reviews and mentions - in TV, Radio, Print and Internet. She researches media outlets, writes press releases and pitch letters, creates online press kits and works to optimize her clients' social media presence by advising them on platforms and content strategy.

Greenberg was the launch publicist for both National Poetry Month and the best selling business book "WHO MOVED MY CHEESE?" by Dr. Spencer Johnson. While representing Bloomberg Books, business books, she handled publicity for New Yorker cartoon editor Robert Mankoff. She was also the launch publicist for a new line of books for teens from Albert Whitman and worked with renowned book illustrator Roxie Munro on the launch of an educational technology called K.I.W.I. StoryBooks. In the 90s and the aughts, she publicized over 25 books for Hazelden Publishing, a leading publisher in recovery and personal growth including works by bestselling authors Karen Casey, William Borchert and Rabbi Abraham Twerski.

She was an Audies judge in 2012 and 2013, helping to select the winners of the Audio Publishers Association Awards. She has organized numerous publishing panels for Bookexpo America and for the Women's National Book Association. She is a past president and publicity chair of the Women's National Book Association - NYC chapter and a member of the Women's Media Group. In 2015, she spoke at Association of Journalists and Authors (ASJA), and in 2013 spoke at the American Book Producers Association. She has contributed articles to Shelf Awareness and Publishing Perspectives.
