agent, publicity/marketing :
Rachel Cone-Gorham
RXD Agency

As a literary agent, I look for authors and books that will resonate deeply with readers.

Rachel Cone-Gorham is a literary agent and President and Owner of RXD Agency which she founded in 2018. After a decade working in ad agencies and five years at Penguin Random House, Rachel wanted to create a hybrid Literary Agency to service writers and creators of all kinds. With one foot firmly planted in the world of publishing and the other in the world of marketing, Rachel brings a specific eye to her projects and looks for stories and storytellers that will resonate deeply with readers.

Rachel represents debut and seasoned authors across fiction and non-fiction and has a hands-on approach to her agenting practice, guiding writers through all stages of the publishing process while fostering long-term partnerships. Originally from Chicago, Rachel moved to New York City after graduating from Syracuse University with a degree in English. Currently, she splits her time between NYC and rural Connecticut where she lives with her husband and two dogs.
