Meghan Stevenson Books, LLC

Meghan Stevenson Books helps visionary entrepreneurs, experts, and thought leaders turn a potential book idea into the author platform and book proposal necessary for a traditional book deal.

Our clients have earned over a million dollars in advances. We have a 90% success rate placing our clients with literary agents. Our proposals have been acquired by editors at PRH, S&S, HarperCollins, Hay House, and Sourcebooks, among others. In addition to proposals, we offer help building author platforms through our unique Platform Builders Bootcamp.

Founded by a former acquisitions editor (Meghan Stevenson) at Penguin and S&S, our team of professional collaborators can help on any nonfiction project. In the past, we've been hired by literary agents and editors to revise and update backlist titles, book doctor long manuscripts, and work on crash titles.

Our mission is to amplify the voices of authors. We believe in the power of books to change readers' lives and as part of that, strive for inclusivity and diversity both in our clientele and our staff. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, physical location, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
