I am an attorney, college professor, and motivational speaker. I have been traveling the country, speaking to grade school youths since 2007. In an effort to continue to make an impact on the lives of the future of this world, I wrote a book called Don't Be Sad that chronicled my battle with sadness, depression and low self-esteem that nearly ended my life when I contemplated taking it back in 2002. This book is not a dreary story of sadness but a tale of triumph that details the things and people that helped me to turn the page so many years ago.

My audience is youth from 4-10 years old and the parents of youth that struggle with the sadness and self esteem issues that I encountered.
