WORDLINK has eclectic tastes. In fiction - MILITARY/WAR: generally looking solid fiction of all types from military writers with an emphasis on stories depicting men and women in peacetime or wartime (not necessarily in combat); MYSTERY/CRIME: quirky, whodunit, cozy, police procedural; THRILLERS: psychological, paranormal, home-based rather than with an international flair, political; WOMEN'S FICTION except for romance; HISTORICAL FICTION; YOUNG ADULT: all categories with an emphasis on coming of age, mystery, thrillers, and adventure; HUMOR: parodies, satire. Non-fiction - biography, memoir, paranormal, mind/body/spirit.
We are a veteran-owned smalltown agency with an international reach, with agents in Colorado, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York, and Istanbul, Turkey. We actively seek out film/TV connections and overseas publishers. In addition to our US-based authors, we represent authors from Mexico, Canada, Turkey, New Zealand, the Gambia, and England. Our authors have been published by Macmillan, HarperCollins, Kensington, Bloomsbury and Hatchette among other publishers.
