Anne is Senior Literary Art Agent for the Bright Agency in the US. She specializes in representation for illustrators of trade book publishing. She develops the illustration careers for a range of artists for both trade picture books and young fiction. She currently represents artists such as Becca Stadtlander, David Litchfield, Stephanie Laberis, Jen Hill and Lee White to name a few, and is actively acquiring new talent for her unique boutique list. Anne joined The Bright Agency 5 years ago from a publishing background of over 20 years at Little, Brown and Candlewick Press, working as a book designer, art director and art buyer. She has an eye for new talent and developing their portfolios for narrative storytelling. She develops stories with artists at the Bright Group who desire to write and illustrate their own stories, in addition to illustrating other writer's texts. She also supports editors and art directors in their search for the right illustrator.
