We are currently seeking to incorporate a Marketing Manager to position and promote the contents of Grupo Planeta USA through the analysis, development and execution of marketing campaigns, relationship with strategic partners, coordination of the press team and social networks and supervision of operational services. This position will report to the company's VP Publisher. Since we have recently modofied our operations in the US, this position has the exciting challenge of participating in the development of Grupo Planeta USA 's newmarketing strategies.

Your role:

• Plan and implement the company's marketing and communication strategy.
• Execute online and offline strategy using information and data analysis.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns for the promotion and sale of selected titles.
• Coordinate the content generation and operation of the website and social networks.
• Coordinate and operate launch campaigns in the USA using Google Ads (SEO, GND and SEM), Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Coordinate international launch campaigns with the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communication LATAM.
• Coordinate and monitor the promotional activities of authors in the US territory, seeking opportunities for them to participate in the Latino cultural conversation.
• Seek strategic alliances with institutional and media partners to expand the presence of our titles and authors in the USA.
• Supervise the operation of the website.
• Coordinate the outsourced services necessary for the operation of the area.
• Organize and coordinate the publisher's presence at industry events.
• Prepare and present performance reports.

What are we looking for in you?
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related.
• Minimum experience of 2 years as Head, Coordinator or Marketing Manager in the United States performing activities such as:
• Book marketing and publicity.
• Creating, designing and executing offline and online marketing campaigns.
• Developing plans and promotions based on sales analysis and other key marketing metrics.
• Presenting in both internal and external meetings to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Latino market in Spanish in the US.
• Knowledge of metadata and data management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO, GND and SEM.
• Understanding audiences and segmentation.
• Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Focus on problem solving and decision-making skills in pressure situations.
• Spanish language (native) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English language (advanced)
• Availability to travel occasionally
• Management of Office package and Adobe Reader
