Client Press Coordinator
• Manage communication and activities with distributed presses across departments (Internal and external including accounting, marketing, production, sales, delivery, warehousing and inventory)
• Work with staff accountant to set-up client press data and contacts in accounting systems.
• Work with database managers to ingest new titles into press systems
• Maintain client press contact information and contacts and disseminate to other departments as needed
• Coordinate with the catalog manager to ingest new titles seasonally.
• Work with Publicity and marketing departments to advocate for client press titles in all press promotions.
• Work with accounting department to deliver accurate and timely sales and commission reports
• Work with accounts payable department to deliver on-time commission payments and corresponding reports
Sales and Marketing Associate
• Generate sales materials for sales reps Determine client press books for academic conference exhibits.
• Help enforce seasonal catalog metadata standards and deadlines for client press workflow
• Organize sales conferences Represent the Press at academic conferences and exhibits
• Ensure metadata consistency and accuracy, providing weekly data uploads to vendors, distributors, metadata aggregators, and the company website
• Create the Edelweiss online catalog
• Maintain Edelweiss catalog using Consortium publicity updates
• Collect and parse customer contact information for targeted email campaigns
• Coordinate sales consortium catalog quantities to conduct seasonal mailings
• Work with the sales director and production department to manage title stock quantities and issue reprints for CUP titles, and restocks for client press titles

Minimum Qualifications
• One year of publishing or bookstore experience, High school diploma.

• ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely and effectively
