Requirements:
Responsibilities:

Craft creative materials for Publishing products
Ensure that the highest levels of design and illustration are being implemented to improve the ViacomCBS brand
Develop creative solutions and partnerships with licensees and CP that further the business while maintaining the ViacomCBS sensibility and integrity
Collaborate with Art Directors, Design Project Manager, and Design Director to meet creative and production goals
Constantly recruiting for new talent and design/illustration styles to keep GCG media products competitive and innovative

Basic Qualifications:

3 + years of relevant design experience
Knowledge of the latest creative software
Specialist in book design and illustration as well as having an innate understanding of character art
Extensive experience in licensed character art

Additional Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as design aesthetic
Strong interpersonal expertise
Ability to interface and thrive within a fast-paced, deadline driven, creative environment
