What we're looking for…
• A leader for digital sales efforts including Amazon.com, Target.com, Walmart.com, BN.com, Zulily, and marketplace sellers – some of these accounts managed directly while others are managed by other team members.
• A driver of digital sales expansion – one passionate about increasing sales, market share, capabilities, and excellence in the segment.
• Someone to dive into all elements of servicing the channel, including metadata optimization, operations, logistics, inventory, digital marketing, pricing, and on-site marketing, and to maintain constant awareness of all aspects and how they tie together.
• A central hub for various teams that is the leader and voice for the online sales channels – coordinating efforts to insure smooth execution of growth strategies.
• Someone who is curious and hungry to take on new opportunities and to push the boundaries of what seems feasible.

You'll be a great fit if you have…
• Analytic skills and put data at the center of all of the decisions you make
• An exceptionally high and verifiable attention to detail
• 7+ years of online retail account management experience (Amazon experience preferred); experience managing or leading teams strongly preferred
• A proven track record of diving deep into areas of focus and maintaining working knowledge of a wide variety of information and how it relates to goals
• Demonstrable expertise in metadata optimization, successful account management, supply chain navigation, site content planning, AMS, digital marketing tools, financial acumen, and inventory oversight
