Process and remit royalties to clients via BAITS software including bank transfers, etc.
Prepare 1099, 1042 and other tax reports for clients and submit all to IRS.
Maintain information regarding Estates.
Manage accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and periodic reporting to executives and to accountants.
Work with 3rd party vendors to manage employee benefits, 401(k) plan, insurance policies, IT needs, telephone equipment, etc.
Take responsibility for general office duties (e.g. ordering office supplies, copying etc.).
Keep up-to-date Human Resource information compliant with current federal and state laws.

Required: Experience in processing payroll using ADP Run Payroll.
Required: QuickBooks and/or Sage software experience.
Knowledge of BAITS software is a plus.
Knowledge of government regulations relating to payroll records.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and MS Access.
Proven ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professionalism and confidence.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.

Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented. Candidate should be able to multitask and meet deadlines with or without supervision. Strong organizational capability including familiarity with databases is necessary.
