Requirements:
The Library of America, a prestigious nonprofit publisher, seeks a Contracts and Permissions Manager to draft and negotiate contracts; maintain contracts files and database; research and clear permissions for text and illustrations, managing costs to keep projects on budget; respond to permissions requests; assist editorial director in selling foreign rights; and perform additional research and administrative duties as required.
