ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Day-to-Day Operations Support
-Ability to create IT Operations run books which outline daily, weekly, monthly IT procedures, job schedules, IT alert procedures, etc.
-IT Support backup coverage plans for planned or unplanned time away
-Basic IT budget planning & management

IT Infrastructure Support; the ability to troubleshoot typical IT infrastructure issues and work with hardware vendors to resolve outages
-Including network switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, cabling, file servers, network storage and backups

End-user Device Support
-PCs, Macs and associated peripherals (monitors, keyboards, etc.)
-Corporate mobile devices (phones and tablets)
-Virus Scan, Malware & Phishing Defense
-End-user software (Microsoft Office, Adobe and other specialized end-user software)

Business Application Support
-Basic knowledge of the business applications that support Yen
-Basic knowledge of how Yen users interact with business applications
-Basic troubleshooting for typical Tier 1 user problems
-Application Support escalation path

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Familiarity with any Oracle EBS module (R12 preferred)
- Familiarity with network device setup
- A minimum of three years relevant work experience
- Excellent analytical and organization skills, strong attention to details
