THE OPPORTUNITY

To join the world’s largest children’s publisher and develop advertising campaigns for debut authors and bestselling books and brands

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for all of Scholastic’s trade division including media buying and media planning for consumer and industry ads.
• Strengthen relationships with key vendors and research new advertising opportunities allowing us to expand our strategy and audience reach.
• Analyze all ad campaign reports and use findings to create stronger campaigns and advertising strategies.
• Access Adobe Analytics for all advertising to gain on demand insight for our campaigns.
• Work across the 5 marketing teams and consult with them to brainstorm and strategize marketing campaigns each season.
• Continuously negotiate added value and lower rates with outside vendors allowing us to use our budgets most effectively and efficiently.
• Co-manage all social media advertising with the social media manager and the brand managers

HOW YOU CAN FIT

• 3 or more years of media planning and buying experience
• The ability to collaborate with multiple teams
• Solid communication skills
• A Bachelor’s degree
