 Requirements: 
Radish Fiction, a serialized reading platform for smartphones, seeks a motivated individual to join the team in the newly-created role of Assistant Content Curator, Romance. Reporting directly to the current Romance Content Curator, this individual will assist in the acquisition and management of romance authors as they publish their original serialized fiction on the Radish platform. This is a multi-faceted assistant role in a start-up environment that requires flexibility, agility, and a deep love of reading and readers. 

Requirements:
-Must have an interest in the romance genre and an understanding of the current market
-1-2 years experience in publishing preferred
-Strong communication skills and the ability to write clearly are a must
-Thrives in a fast-pasted environment and at creative problem-solving
-Have a can-do attitude and a willingness to perform tasks both big and small to contribute to the company’s success

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
*Assist the Romance Content Curator with the day-to-day management of writers—create and manage writer accounts, provide technical guidance, draft email correspondence, and be a point of contact for writers with lower-level questions and issues
* Work closely with internal teams (e.g., tech, support, production, marketing) to troubleshoot on behalf of authors and to relay the needs and concerns of authors to the product team
* Help to organize and manage publication and marketing schedules for the Romance Content Curator’s large list of writers
* Find creative ways to expand uses and opportunities for Radish
* Monitor and analyze trend and sales data as requested
* Administrative tasks—writing, editing, uploading files—as needed

Individual investors include bestselling author Amy Tan, Sir Peter Bazalgette, Charlie Songhurst, Nicolas Berggruen, Matt Humphrey, Duncan Clark, and Jeremy Yap among others. Ankur Jain, VP of Product at Tinder, is on the board.
