 Requirements: 
The role of publishing coordinator provides an opportunity to further your career alongside our artists/authors and build relationships with management, creatives, publicists, and other industry influencers.
The Coordinator position reports to the Sr. Project Manager and the Director of Sales and is closely aligned with our team consisting of general management, acquisitions, social media, as well as project managers.

General support of team needs are divided up into project management and sales.

Project Management
• Support of granular details around event planning and local event logistics.
• Early creation and prep of template contracts.
• Creation of sponsor decks and marketing documentation.
• Light editorial and copywriting of marketing materials.
• Correlating tasks and new information from weekly meetings.
• Dissemination of information on our platforms and across the company.

Sales
• Event/Fair sales and logistics.
• General sales research on a project specific basis.
• Mailing list creation and maintenance.
• Distribution support.
• General administrative tasks including new title set ups, order entry.
• Day to day sales reporting/ order tracking.

Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years experience specific to publishing or creative initiatives.
• Relevant experience in developing and managing advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
• Must be self motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative suites, Google Docs, Project budgets and Project Management interfaces. (i.e. Basecamp, Slack etc)
• Must be interested in new music, printed matter, new media spaces and stay up on exciting new marketing initiatives and willing to work off-hours at book fairs, trade shows, events, etc.
