 Requirements: 
We are currently seeking a Manager, Sales Analysis to support our General Books Sales Division. This role will support the Sales Department in all aspects of reporting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with all channels of distribution for our titles including National Accounts, Merch Accounts, and Special Markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and a willingness to learn coding.

Responsibilities:
- Run various reports for the sales department to enable them to analyze their business in various ways.
- Provide both a fixed set of reports on a weekly/monthly basis and handle adhoc report requests from both members of the Sales management staff and from others outside of the department.
- Maintain and enhance programs and reports that are essential to the Sales department alongside our IT liaison.
- Partner with B&N Reps in managing the VMI program with B&N.
- Support Director, Sales Finance on departmental requests/projects as needed.
- Fulfill any special reporting requests that are needed for Sales staff, including both managers and reps.
- Assist with the processing of coop claims.

Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn coding and automate solutions
- Excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently and set priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
