THE KHALADA STONES SERIES: BOOKS ONE AND TWO
Jan. 21, 2014
Author:  Russell Meek
Category:  Fiction: Sci-Fi/Fantasy
Description:  THE KHALADA STONES series (Book One: THE MADNESS OF HALLEN and Book Two: A BROTHER'S BOND) is a four-book fantasy series, a truly epic tale on the grandest of scales. The story follows the lives of three who lay claim to the mind of a legendary desert warrior, Husam al-Din. Al-Din's dominion over his people was forged by six priests in order to unite the desert tribes against imminent threat of war. Al-Din, however, was betrayed and murdered, forcing the priests to harness that power into six stones, and flee into lands unknown. Since that day, the descendants of al-Din have hunted to re-forge that power, and reclaim the desert.
Rights available:  All except for Australasia.
Other information:  THE KHALADA STONES series started off as a self-published novel and, through word of mouth, has already reached sales numbering in the 1000s just in Australia and New Zealand (where the author lives). An exquisitely visual story, this would translate wonderfully to the screen. Visit the website at www.thekhaladastone.com
