Still Smiling is the story of the Hector Manley's perserverance. Hector was searching for food and clothing with friends in a garbage dump in El Salvador when an earthquake hit. He was trapped in the ground for hours and rescued by a stranger he believes may have been an angel. This man dug him out with a shovel and drove 10 hours to get him to a hospital where he had both legs amputated. Hector was adopted by an American couple who saw that he got prosthetic legs and graduated from the University of Tampa this past May. Hector canoed the Mississippi River and learned to play golf.
