Prior to establishing WLA, Jackie Meyer was VP/Creative Director/Warner Books, where she also acquired non-fiction titles and was the co-founder and Publisher of the gift book imprint. Jackie created original books in-house. As an author and co-author of several books, she relates to the publishing process from the author's point of view.

With over 30 years in publishing, WLA agent Olga Vezeris has held top editorial and subsidiary rights positions in a number of major companies, including Simon & Schuster/Pocket Books, Warner Books, Workman Publishing, HarperCollins and the Bertelsmann Book Club Group. She is one of the most versatile and well-rounded individuals in the industry and she has acquired and licensed, highly commercial fiction and non-fiction in such areas as general and women's fiction, thrillers, mystery and suspense, health/self-help, psychology and business.
