WHAT WE DO
Simply put, we help beginning and experienced authors of both fiction and nonfiction get published, either through self-publishing, or with major commercial publishers.
SPECIFIC SERVICES WE OFFER INCLUDE:
Critiquing and editing of both fiction and nonfiction manuscripts
Line editing/content editing/proofreading/copyediting/manuscript formatting
Drafting nonfiction book proposals and novel partials
Ghostwriting full-length book manuscripts (fiction and nonfiction)
Literary agent searches/query letter prep/submission process management
Manuscript synopses
"Book shepherding" of self-published books from idea stage through publication and beyond
Book publicity, promotion, and PR plan creation and management
One-on-one coaching/mentoring/tutoring of writers of all genres and ability levels
As an author I have been represented by top literary agents in both the US and England, at prestige agencies such as Curtis Brown Ltd., Writers House, and DeFiore & Company. I have also sold manuscripts directly to publishers on my own, unagented. Through the processes of trial and error, of success and failure, I have learned numerous “insider secrets” and “tricks of the literary trade” that can greatly increase the odds of an agent asking to see your nonfiction book proposal or novel manuscript.

TRADE REFERENCES

"When I was working on my first book, Liz took on the responsibility of the agent search and query process. From the initial emailed queries, six of the ten agents responded favorably--one within ONE hour. (I signed with that fabulous NY agent, by the way!) I have recommended Liz to several of my clients and colleagues so they, too, may benefit from her insights and fabulous personality." --Lara Vander Ploeg, President, Birdseyeview Coaching; Frankfort, Illinois
