Just published September 2011! A PI who is also an astrologer? Now THAT'S interesting!
Sandra Bond started her agency in 1998 in Denver after working for the Jody Rein Books agency. She works with both first-time and previously published authors, and her clients write fiction in various genres, young adult fiction, and many categories of nonfiction. Sandra was the program administrator at the University of Denver's Publishing Institute for 4 years (2005-2009), and she is now a guest lecturer at the Institute. She also lectures annually in the University's undergraduate class, Introduction to Publishing, and the University's University College course, How Books Get Published.
The agency is interested in all categories of fiction with the exception of romance, science fiction, adult fantasy, poetry, and children's picture books. For nonfiction, authors must have great credentials and real expertise in their subject areas.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
NOTE: A MAJOR CHANGE ABOUT RESPONDING: due to the volume of email queries I receive every day, I can no longer respond to each one. If I am interested in your book, I will contact you. If it's not the right book for me, I'm afraid I won't be able to respond. I'm sorry about this and I know it seems rude, mean, and impersonal, but I simply can't afford the time it takes to respond to everyone.
To query me, please send a query letter via email to queries@bondliteraryagency.com, but only if you are certain your book is appropriate for me. If interested, I will ask to see more material. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE.
Please note that I do not represent romance, adult fantasy, science fiction, poetry or children's picture books. Do not query unless your novel has been through many drafts and is final and polished. If your book is nonfiction, you must have a book proposal ready to be seen. Thank you!
