L.A. Boneyard is phenomenal! Full of suspense, murder, mystery and even explicit sex, Brown left nothing out! What more could you ask for in one book? I strongly recommend this book and I believe Brown could possibly be the next J.D. Robb.
I'm freakin blown away! I love Jason because he remains true to himself even if it gets him into trouble. I love Spider because he loves Jason despite of what people think or feel about him, and I think he fell in love with Jason the first night he slept with him! If I was a reviewer, I would give this book 5 Gold Stars and a recommended Must Read Award! I love the story and the sex was oh so good! I must have more of them, Pat!
Neil Plakcy, author of the Mahu series, says about L.A. Boneyard: “P.A. Brown is a master of the modern Los Angeles police procedural, etching a portrait of California’s bright sunshine and dark shadows, and the even darker villains who lurk behind the chaparral and klieg lights.”
Rick Reed author of Mute Witness and Bashed says about Memory of Darkness: P.A. Brown is one of those writers who should be as famous as P. Cornwell, if there were any justice in the world. The author of a whole series of competent, well-researched, and catch-your-breath suspenseful thrillers all centered around the seamy (and gay) underbelly of Los Angeles, Brown’s oeuvre is one that should be embraced by anyone who loves a seamlessly plotted thriller with characters that are anything but typical. Brown writes lean, muscled prose and captures the male viewpoint so effortlessly that one wonders how she does it.
JRG DeMarco for Mysterical-E Book reviews says about L.A.Heat: This debut novel is filled with twists, turns, and suspense. It's gritty and lethal and set in LA's edgy East Side , where gangs and gays exist side by side, where people hear gunshots in the night, and where many a seeker of anonymity can live undetected.
