 Requirements: 
We are looking for someone with two or three years of publishing or advertising experience and a strong interest in marketing to take on the role of Account Executive. This is a key position with lots of responsibility and room for growth. Responsibilities include but certainly are not limited to:

•Working with clients' budgets to come up with effective, winning ad plans
•Working with writers and designers to initiate and see to completion creative work for print, digital and broadcast
•Creating and maintaining weekly status reports
•Learning the accounts' business and providing new ideas
•Assisting the Account Supervisor in all areas of advertising

The ideal candidate is:

•Passionate about books
•Amazingly and utterly organized
•Able to juggle many tasks at the same time
•Focused on the details, never letting anything fall between the cracks
•Adept at setting and meeting deadlines
•A superb proofreader
•A great communicator with excellent writing, computer and telephone skills
•Outgoing, self-assured, flexible, dependable, intuitive, professional, intelligent, unflappable and in possession of a terrific sense of humor
