IBPA's Project Coordinator, Member Benefits Specialist
is responsible for the successful management or co-management of assigned IBPA member benefit programs
. The successful candidate will also provide general administrative support for the IBPA office.
Successful management of programs means helping to develop project plans, following through on deliverables, meeting deadlines, and hitting revenue projections. It also means conceptualizing and presenting ways to make the programs more efficient and member-friendly. All of this should be accomplished while providing knowledgeable member service and timely response to all requests.
The qualified candidate should possess:
Bachelor’s degree; strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills; proficiency in all MS Office Suite modules; experience with social media; experience with HTML and web content management; WordPress CMS and NeonCRM database experience a plus. Candidate should be self-directed, detail-oriented, and possess strong people skills. An affinity for researching and learning new technologies is a must.
-- Coordinate four main programs: (1) Ask the Experts Online, (2) Publishing University Online, (3) Benjamin Franklin Digital Book Awards, and (4) the Direct Mail Marketing Program.
-- Provide program and administrative support to the Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer in the areas of Education, Book Awards, and general member management.
