To cancel your account, please enter your user name and password.
When you click the "cancel account" button, you will be asked to
confirm the cancellation through a pop-up window.
Cancellation is not reversible.
If your cancellation is successful, you will be taken to
a new page titled "Account Cancelled." You will also receive an
e-mail from us titled "Publishers Marketplace cancellation."
This mail will serve as confirmation that your account was cancelled.
If you do not receive this e-mail, be sure to write us at
sales@publishersmarketplace.com
for confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE:
You cannot cancel your Publishers Marketplace account by
merely cancelling your subscription to the Publishers Lunch newsletter.
Lunch Deluxe is an optional benefit of a Marketplace membership,
handled through a different service, so unsubscribing from Lunch has
no effect on your standing as a Marketplace member.
ALSO NOTE: As soon as you cancel your account, all your data
will be removed from our database, and you will no longer have
access to our premium services, no matter how much time would
have remained before your next billing date. Nor do we offer a refund
for any time that was remaining before that date. If you'd like to
schedule a cancellation date in advance, please write us at
